— 01 / Approach

From idea to automation
From prototype to launch

A senior project manager's discipline meets an AI-native builder's velocity. I treat your business systems like products — designed, shipped, measured, improved.

Speed

Days, not quarters

AI-assisted development collapses MVP timelines. Working demos in days; production systems in weeks.

Depth

Engineering discipline

A decade of automotive systems and PMO experience means edge cases get caught, not glossed over.

Reach

Bilingual, global

Native-level Japanese and fluent English. Comfortable across Tokyo, US, and EU client cultures.

— 05 / About

Why work
with me

I'm Takeyuki Hayasaki — a senior PMO turned AI-native builder, based in Tokyo, working as Lux Corp. A decade in automotive systems taught me how to ship reliable software under real-world constraints. AI now makes that cycle dramatically faster, and that's my specialty.

I work with founders, operators, and creators who want a partner who can hold the strategy, the architecture, and the keyboard at the same time.

PMO

10+ years senior PM

Multi-stakeholder programs, vendor coordination, on-time delivery under engineering rigor.

SYSTEMS

Automotive-grade discipline

Experienced with embedded, signal processing, and mission-critical reliability standards.

VELOCITY

AI-native builder

Claude Code, Cursor, n8n, modern stacks. Days from spec to working demo.

RANGE

End-to-end ownership

Requirements, architecture, build, deploy, support. One owner, one accountability.

LANGUAGE

EN / JP fluent

Native-level Japanese, professional English. International collaboration built in.

MINDSET

Business first

Tech serves outcomes. Every workflow is designed to move a real business metric.

— 06 / FAQ

Common
questions

How does an engagement start?

A short discovery call to understand the problem, constraints, and what success looks like. From there I scope a small first deliverable — usually a prototype or a single working workflow — so we can validate the approach before committing to a larger build.

How long does a typical project take?

Automation workflows and landing pages typically ship in days. MVPs and small platforms range from two to six weeks. Larger systems run longer with weekly milestones and reviews.

Where are you based, and do you work remotely?

Tokyo. I work remotely with clients globally and am happy to overlap with US, EU, or APAC business hours for live sessions.

Which languages do you work in?

Native-level Japanese and professional English. Documentation, calls, and written deliverables are available in both.

Do you offer ongoing support after launch?

Yes — most projects include a short stabilization window after launch. Beyond that, optional monthly retainers cover monitoring, small changes, and incremental improvements.

How do you handle data and security?

Credentials and API keys are stored in environment variables and managed secret stores — never in source code. HTTPS is enforced everywhere. For any service touching client data, I apply rate limiting, input validation, and least-privilege access.
